Building a Marketing & Social Media Strategy

This hands-on training will guide voluntary-led art groups through the process of developing a clear, goal-driven marketing and communications strategy, with a strong focus on social media planning and content creation. You'll learn how to define your organisation's vision, values, and mission; identify and understand your target audience; set SMART goals; and select the most effective marketing and social media channels.
