Pride in the North-West - Christine Beckett

St Helens Library hosted a photography exhibition by artist Christine Beckett.

The exhibition explored pride marches and protests in three cities and towns in the North-West: Liverpool, Manchester, and St Helens, from 2015 to 2022.

Christine documented the marches she attended, capturing moments of people and friends from the region's LGBTQ+ community as they prepared for and participated in these Pride events.

The library is now stocking here photography book.
