Our Arts Strategy
We will inspire people, and make the conditions so they can inspire others.
We are an ambitious arts organisation. We will bring as wide a variety of top-quality cultural events into our libraries as we possibly can. We will put on shows, exhibitions, storytelling, dance, opera, open-mic events, to give enjoyment and thought-provoking arts experiences to everyone in the borough.
We will also share culture outside our core spaces so that our work is visible to all, and all can see our work.
We will create work too, and we will offer hundreds of participatory arts events so anyone in the borough can be creative in ways that stimulate and support their lives.
